Stade Raymond-Kopa

The Stade Raymond-Kopa sits in Angers, the capital of France’s Maine-et-Loire department, and has been the fortress of Angers SCO since opening in 1912. Originally named the Stade Jean-Bouin, it was renamed in 2017 to honour Raymond Kopa, the legendary French footballer born in the nearby mining town of Nœux-les-Mines who began his professional career at Angers.
