Alverca

Alverca is a Portuguese football club based in the town of Alverca do Ribatejo, about 20 kilometres north of Lisbon. Founded in 1939, the club has spent much of its history in the lower divisions of Portuguese football, with its most notable run in the Primeira Liga coming in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
